Ask a new question. When I use Teams for meetings, my video will freeze up at least 5 or 6 times through out the meeting.
If I stop the video and restart it, then it will work for a while 5 - 10 mins. Sometimes I get the error at the top saying Video has stopped. Sometimes it doesn't pop that message.
I use zoom probably an hour or more a day. Just seems to me that teams should be closer to Zoom stability with the video so it must be something amiss.
Question - is there a setting that I am not aware of that tries to pass through super high def video or something else that kills video? Anything else I can do? In reply to Veejay RC. I tried a couple things: 1 Clearing cache Within 10 minutes my video was frozen 2 Teams meeting through the web site not the Teams app. Thanks for the update. Please refer from the following suggestions on how troubleshoot camera: 1. If it happens to already be On, turn it Off and leave it like that for a few seconds before turning it back on again.

I did some searching and it might be due to this silly situation: I am logged on in the old fashion as the laptop administrator and NOT as a microsoft user. If I try to log in as a collegue then it allows me to go further Very frustrating Is this also your situation, not logged in on a windows account?
